The Apostolic Voice Of Phelps Radio Broadcast

Pastor Richard D. McKinney has been broadcasting on the radio for many years.  Pastor McKinney founded the Apostolic Voice Of Phelps Radio Broadcast in the mid-to-late 1980's. 

The first broadcast was aired on WLSI 900-AM in Pikeville, Kentucky.  Pastor McKinney was on this station for several years and then branched out to WQHY-FM 95.5 in Prestonsburg, Kentucky.  Bro. McKinney broadcast on both stations and maintained a solid listener base on both stations.  Later, Bro. McKinney felt the leading to focus on the FM broadcast, so he closed out the AM broadcast and placed his energies into the FM Broadcast.  Now, for over 20 years, The Apostolic Voice Of Phelps Radio Broadcast has been a media outlet for the preaching and teaching of God's Word.  We have sent tapes and CDs to many in the U.S., and due to the Church's website, we have mailed sermons as far as Germany and Italy.

We are literally reaching the "world" with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
